A little self pep-talk.  

Alright Miranda, get up. stop waiting for things to happen and make them happen. You more than anyone else knows that things don’t just fall into your lap. You want a job, go get one. You want a purpose, go make one. You alone is the only thing holding you back. You are lucky to have the support of everyone in your family—and in your second family. Stop feeling sorry and helpless, stop being lazy, and get off your ass and make things happen. Your life is too short not to. I love you and I believe in you.
